The SR EN ISO/CEI 17025:2005 standard states that the quality management system for a research/experimentation
laboratory should be well documented and sustains the process based approach, when developing and implementing.
The obvious purpose is that of efficiency growth.

The product of the research activity, for clients or partners, is an analysis report. The quality of this report is given by
the quality of the information it contains. For this reason, the precision of the experimental data is an important
requirement. The accuracy of the report is based on this precision. The quality manual which we follow has the purpose
of offering the guidelines for the precision, the correctness and the meaning of the measurements. It contributes
to the preparation and correct making of the experimental reports.
